Updated Appointment Policy
January, 2020
To our valued patients:
Our philosophy has always been that providing the best dental care possible to our patients is our number one priority. Providing excellent service is also part of what we are striving for.
In an attempt to best accommodate you as well as have an efficient, smooth running schedule, we are implementing a new policy regarding appointments. We are requesting that you confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance by one of the following methods:
∙ Speaking to us in person or over the phone
∙ Sending us an email and/or replying to the email confirmation we send
∙ Messaging us (text) and/or replying to the message confirmation via the messaging service
We will be unable to guarantee your appointment without confirmation by one of these methods.
Please note that we will no longer be leaving voicemails as appointment confirmations. If a voicemail is left, we will require a call back confirming your appointment. We will be confirming appointments by every method listed until confirmation unless instructed otherwise by you.
Please make sure that the phone number and email address we have on file for you is up to date and frequently used/checked.
We appreciate your understanding and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions and/or concerns.
